The Cisco PA-MC-2T3-EC is a 2-port Enhanced Multichannel T3 Port Adapter designed for the Cisco 7200 VXR Series routers. 

Port Adapter Overview:

• • The PA-MC-2T3-EC provides two independent T3 ports.
  • It supports channelized operations and transmits and receives data at rates of up to 44.736 Mbps bidirectionally.
  • The port adapter conforms to relevant specifications for Digital Signal Level 3 (DS3).

Installation Options:

• • The PA-MC-2T3-EC can be directly installed in the port adapter slots of the Cisco 7200 VXR series routers.
  • Alternatively, you can install the PA-MC-2T3-EC into a Port Adapter Jacket Card (product ID: C7200-JC-PA) inserted in the I/O controller slot of a Cisco 7200VXR router equipped with an NPE-G1 or NPE-G2 processor for additional bandwidth.
