Shutting Down the WLAN Controller:

• • To gracefully shut down the hard disk before removing power from the router or starting an online insertion and removal (OIR) sequence, follow these steps:
    • Insert a narrow pin into the shutdown opening on the faceplate.
    • Press the button for less than 2 seconds.

Online Insertion and Removal (OIR):

• • When performing online removal or insertion of the Cisco WLAN Controller Network Module, use the following command:
